Among toppers there are kids of Tamil Nadu cabbie & farmer. From herding cattle to top bureaucrat  C Vanmathi, daughter of a paralyzed cab driver secured the 152nd rank in the Civil Services exam. Her father not well educated and mother did not go to school. Coming from a family of cattle-rearers she used to sit on the back of a buffalo imagining herself to be a collector. From a farmer's family S Rajesh Kannan ranked 767th, did not have it easy either.
