It is reported that almost 800 registered child sex offenders travelled overseas from Australia last year and about half went to Southeast Asian destinations.

There is a plan to cancel the passports of around 20,000 pedophiles on the national child sex offender register through a legislation. It will be  the world-first move to protect vulnerable children in Southeast Asia from exploitation.

The new legislation will make Australia a world leader in protecting vulnerable children from child sex tourism.

It took nearly 13 years to fully implement organic farming since the idea was mooted way back in 2003. Today the demand for Sikkim's organic produce has soared and the farmer in the state are already earning 20% more than they did earlier.

There is an organic spirit that is running high in  Sikkim. Farmers are happy, youngsters are becoming entrepreneurs. Tourists are flocking. Business is flowing in from  all over the country. This upsurge is the result of transforming itself into fully organic state.

Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, declared Sikkim as the  first organic state of India. Shri Narendra Modi praised 'Sikkim being the first  fully organic state of India' again while addressing the Indian citizens in Germany on 30th May 2017.

Ravindra E-Rickshaw Driver : The Real Role-model of Swachata Abhiyan

Ravindra E-Rickshaw Driver : The Real Role-model of Swachata Abhiyan

Delhi is the capital of India. Nothing new or surprising in it . But what is surprising is the way in which the life of a  31 year old youth is taken away brutally, near G.B.T. Metro Station, on a crowded intersection  of  Kingsway Camp amidst heavy traffic, and police gypsy parked on the other side of the road.

But what transpired the gruesome incident? Ravindra, an E-Rickshaw driver, may be impressed by the Swachhata Abhiyan of Prime Minister, requested two students not to pee in the open. But this noble suggestion even sent the students into rage. How can an E-Rickshaw driver tell them not to pee in the open ?

The students thought of teaching Ravindra a lesson. See the incident was not a big incident. It was just a request not to pee in the open. But that hurt the "ego" of the students. They came back alongwith a group of students, located the E-driver and stoned him to death. No one came forward to help the man as the youth rained blows on him. Gruesome, dastardly, ghastly act. To be condemned with all force.

Let us salute Ravindra,  E-rickshaw driver for he is the one who is really educated, he is the one who is really cultured , he is the one who is the real role-model of "Swachata Abhiyan" spreading awareness among the people to keep society clean.

Let us strongly condemn the action of the students who are cultured "uncultured", educated "uneducated", civilized "uncivilized" and hope that they will be apprehended soon and brought to book.

"Then I am a 'Cannibal', I May Be Allowed to Kill ....."

"Then I am a 'Cannibal', I May Be Allowed to Kill Human Beings for Eating"......

There may be some groups which  are cannibals also. Their eating practices/habits  also should not be stopped. They have also every right to eat the food of their choice and they have every right to protest and kill a human being on a broad daylight. They can also say that the saffronization is being imposed upon them. The government can not impose "what should be eaten".

A cannibal is a person who eats the flesh or internal organs of other human beings. Then as per his right he should be allowed to kill a human being for eating as this is his food habit.

But such practice can not be allowed on the ground of food habit.

Likewise any other practice, which is against the law, cannot be allowed in the name of food habits.

By notifying a stringent rule under Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act  on 23rd May 2017 the government has banned the sale, purchase of cattle from animal markets for slaughter, tightening trade in livestock and transport of cattle to ensure their welfare at animal markets and prevent smuggling. This notification  has come after the order of Supreme Court.

Those who have objection to this notification should have  gone to the Supreme Court and place their views instead of slaughtering an innocent calf in broad daylight to vent their anger as it happened in Kannur Kerala.

Are we really living in a civilized society ?
