This video clip is of a Tharu girlchild of Bakhari Bazaar Tribal village of West Champaran, Bihar India, reciting beautifully & melodiously "Machhali Jal Ki Rani Hai".Tharus of West Champaran have been given the status of Schedule Tribe since 2003. Earlier this tribe has been advertently & deliberately placed under OBC category for over more than five decades.Talent has no boundary either of land or caste or creed or class, region or religion. This video clip is a burning proof. Is not it?
