This video is uploaded specially on " International Yog Day" i.e on 21st June to encourage people to use staircase in place of lift. Climbing staircase is a very good exercise and requires nothing. The only thing is that when there is option to use between staircase and lift - chose staircase and inspire others to do so whether it may be office or home or any other place. If one finds uncomfortable while climbing he or she should decide about the number of floors to be covered. Here Dr Ajay Kumar (Ojha) has himself made this video for inspiring others. Dr Ajay Kumar is himself above 58 years and uses staircase for going to his office which is on the 10th floor of the building. Since first five floors houses recording studio, every floor till five floors has three stages of staircase whereas next five floors have two stages in every floor. So tenth floor building is equal to twelve and half floors. "Use Staircase and Abuse Lift".for a healthy life.
