Patni Top is very popular hilltop tourist destination situated in Udhampur district of Jammu & Kashmir. Patni Top is at a very high altitude and thus place of heavy snowfall during winter. People from Jammu generally drive down to this hilltop for avoiding heat of summer and enjoying snowfall during winter.
