The four-lane structure is 1.34 km long and cost about 140 million dollar to build.
The height of the bridge is nearly twice as much as that of The Shard , a 95-storey skyscrapper in London.
The completion of the project means that eight of the world's 10 highest completed bridges are now located in China.
1. Duge Bridge - Liupanshui, Guizhou
2. Sudu River Bridge - Yesanguan Township
3. Puli Bridge - Xuanwei,Quzing, Yunnan
4. Qingshui River Bridge - Weng'an Guizhou
5. Baling River Bridge - Guanling County, Guizhou
6. Beipan River Guanxing Highway Bridge - Xingbeizhen,
Guizhou
7. Liuchong River Bridge - Zhijin, Guizhou
8. Dimuhe River Bridge - Liupanshui, Guizhou
Though the world's highest bridges are in China, the world's tallest bridge measured in terms of the height of its own structure rather than distance to the ground - remains France's Millau viaduct at 343 metres.
