Nation Salutes the Real Hero Shaheed Gurnam Singh BSF
Gurnam Singh , the great Gurnam Singh, the real hero Gurnam Singh. There was no retake in his assigned role like fake filmi heroes. The 26 year Border Security Force constable was posted in Hiranagar sector of Jammu & Kashmir's Kathua district facing real Pakistani firing.
The brave soldier was hit in a real sniper attack by real Pakistani forces while his colleagues provided cover with retaliatory firing at Pakistan. A " befitting reply" was given by the border-guarding force in which seven Pakistani rangers or paramilitary soldiers were killed. Gurnam was instrumental in foiling a major infiltration bid by the heavily armed terrorists along the International Border.

The real brave soldier could not survive the real head injury suffered by a real hero and breathed his last at around 11.30 pm on 22nd October 2016 engulfing the whole nation in deep sorrow.
Gurnam has once said to his mother Jaswant Kaur," If I die, please do not cry."
