Denmark, Finland & Sweden are without doubt small countries, not rich in military capability  but they top on social cooperation, education, health and income in the world.

The government is stable in these countries. People are not scared of the future of the country.

Things like corruption is minimal and people get good salary on employment.

People do not worry as far as health and education are concerned.

The most important thing is that people of these countries are not disturbed even after paying more tax.They believe that more tax means more development & betterment of the society.

There is no discrimination based on religion and caste, that is why there no animosity amongst the people. 

There is good and congenial work environment in these countries. The relation between employer and employee is magnificent. Employees only formulate the rules and regulations of the company. There is no much difference in the salary, and employer & employee give respect to each other. There is no tension for leaves, and only four hours per day work.
