The Squash Centre, which is adjacent to the Chandrashekaran Nair Stadium is the first such facility for the sport in the State. the Complex has three single courts and one double court.
National Games Secretariat of 35th National Games was in this Stadium only.

This Stadium is surrounded by Temple, Mosque & Church thus projecting it as an ideal place of Secular Spirit.

The Stadium is also known as 'Police Stadium'. It was constructed in the honour of the first Inspector General of Police of Kerala Shri N Chandrashekaran Nair in 1956.
