Chohal is a beautiful place in Hosiarpur district of Punjab near Himachal Pradesh border near foothills of Shivalik range leading to Dharmshala, Chintpurni Shakti Peeth , Jwala Devi temple. It is famous for Chohal dam and Chohal Hydroelectric project.
