There is a long term massive plan to organize Sri Yamuna Aarti on the banks of Yamuna on a regular basis by Dayadham like that of Ganga Aarti in Varanasi or Haridwar for making river Yamuna unpolluted & her surroundings neat & clean.

1. Organize Sri Yamuna Aarti daily and Maha-Aarti on every Sunday
2. Start massive public awareness campaign for the cleanliness of river Yamuna
3. Offer meals everyday to the poor on the banks of river Yamuna
4. Take possible steps for preventing people from throwing garbage, debris, waste in river Yamuna
5. Construct bio-toilets on the banks of river Yamuna so that she can remain clean & unpolluted
6. Create true religious consciousness among the people about river Yamuna
Towards this great effort it has been decided to organize for the first time Sri Yamuna Maha-Aarti on the banks of river Yamuna on 13th November 2015.
For Sri Yamuna Maha-Aarti, Bhumi Pujan Samaroh took place today on 2nd October on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti (taking inspiration from Prime Minister Narendra Modi Swachchata Abhiyan which kicked off from Gandhi Jayanti itself last Year) on Kudesia Ghat of river Yamuna near ISBT bridge Delhi.
It was a grand occasion for a grand & pious purpose. People from all walks of life participated in the function. Some of them even donated funds generously for this noble cause. Around one hundred fifty trees were also planted.

Apart from other prominent persons Founder President of Dayadham Mahapandit Chandramani Mishra, Sevak Dayadham Pandit Subhashacharya Jee Maharaj, Minister of Water Resources Government of Delhi Shri Kapil Mishra were present on the occasion.
Shri Rathindra Kumar Ojha, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Commerce, Government of India who has been the source of inspiration behind this Maha-Prayas graced the occasion with his presence. Shri Ojha has been unnoticed harbinger of change & development, forerunner of Swachchhata Abhiyan in and around his native village Badaka Singhanpura in Bihar. Social activist Dr Amarnath Ojha was also witness to this historic moment. Badaka Singhanpura Pravasi Sangh has also become an active partner in this "Pious Yamuna Clean Yamuna" abhiyan.
