Vijayadashmi or Dussehra was successfully and enthusiastically celebrated this year in Srinagar, summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir. There was a huge crowd which gathered in the Polo Ground very near to Tourist Reception Centre (TRC), Radio Kashmir, Doordarshan Kendra Srinagar, river Jhelum between Residency road and MA road and not far away from the famous Dal Lake and Lal Chowk.
