This video clip "From the Eyes of Dr Ajay Kumar Ojha" captures the preparation of special traditional Assamese dish "Pitha & Tea" in the restaurant of Vivanta by Taj (the only five star hotel of Guwahati constructed in the run-up to South Asian Games 2016 held in Guwahati & Shillong) where a business conference was organized on 18th November 2016 & flag-off ceremony of India-Myanmar-Thailand Friendship Car Rally done on 19th November 2016. An innocent smile of a woman Anima Das preparing pitha & tea in the restaurant took me drawn towards the counter & hence the video for the viewers.
